Launch Sites |

| RPK plans to establish
two launch sites for operating the K-1 reusable aerospace vehicles. Spaceport
Woomera is located in Woomera, South Australia, about 470 km (280 miles)
north of Adelaide. Test flights and initial commercial operations will be
conducted from Spaceport Woomera. Figure 1 below shows an overview of the
Australian launch site with initial launch corridors indicated. |

Spaceport Nevada is our second launch site and is located at the Nevada Test Site, near Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. Figure 2 below shows an overview of the Nevada launch site with initial launch corridors indicated. |

Both launch sites will have nearly identical facilities, infrastructure, and support equipment. |
