Choose the image size appropriate for your monitor resolution and click on it. The image will load in a new window. Right click (PC) or command click (MAC) on the image and save the image on your computer's hard drive.

Open your control panel for your monitor, locate the image you just saved to your hardrive and click on it from within your control panel options. Make sure to choose the "center" option so that your image will be centered on your screen.
